Pub Quiz Nights continue at Yabangee Base in Cihangir, and on Sunday 17 May the focus turns to How I Met Your Mother, hosted by Mertcan A.

This quiz night dives into the world of five friends navigating life, relationships, and adulthood in New York, tracing the long, winding story of how Ted Mosby met the mother. From MacLaren’s Pub to rooftop parties and road trips, the night explores the show’s mix of humor, running gags, and emotional turning points that made it one of the defining sitcoms of its era.

Expect questions covering major storylines, character arcs, and iconic moments, alongside the smaller details that dedicated viewers will catch immediately. From Ted’s romantic misadventures and Robin’s career to Marshall and Lily’s relationship and Barney’s legendary playbook, the quiz moves through the series’ balance of comedy, sentiment, and long-form storytelling.

The night begins with doors opening at 19:30, giving everyone time to arrive, grab a drink, and settle in. Trivia starts at 20:30 sharp and will wrap up around 21:30–22:00. Guests are welcome to stay afterward and keep hanging out.
